Terms and Conditions
Article 1 – Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Withdrawal Period: the period during which the consumer may exercise their right to return a product.
Consumer: any individual who purchases products for personal, non-commercial use through a distance contract with the Entrepreneur.
Day: calendar day.
Continuous Transaction: a distance contract covering a series of products and/or services delivered or billed over time.
Durable Medium: any tool enabling the consumer or entrepreneur to store personally addressed information for future reference in unaltered form.
Right of Withdrawal: the consumer's right to cancel a distance contract within the applicable withdrawal period.
Entrepreneur: MarinePro Supply LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United Arab Emirates, UAE, offering products to consumers remotely.
Distance Contract: a contract concluded exclusively through one or more means of distance communication, without the consumer and entrepreneur being physically present together.
Distance Communication Technology: any means allowing a contract to be concluded without simultaneous physical presence of both parties.
General Terms and Conditions: these terms as set out in this document.

Article 3 – Applicability
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers made by MarinePro Supply LLC and to all distance contracts and orders concluded between MarinePro Supply LLC and the consumer.
Prior to concluding a distance contract, the consumer will be provided access to these Terms and Conditions. If this is not reasonably practicable, the consumer will be notified that the Terms are available electronically and will be provided free of charge upon request.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. The void provision will be replaced by mutual agreement with a provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including our policies on shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable Canadian federal or provincial consumer protection legislation.
Article 4 – The Offer
Offers with limited duration or subject to special conditions will be clearly indicated as such.
All offers are non-binding. MarinePro Supply LLC reserves the right to modify or withdraw any offer at any time.
Each offer will include a clear and accurate description of the products and/or services.
Each offer will clearly state:
- Price, excluding applicable taxes and import duties
- Shipping costs
- Contract formation method
- Right of withdrawal applicability
- Payment methods and delivery execution
- Offer validity period
Article 5 – The Contract
A contract is formed when the consumer accepts the offer and fulfills the applicable conditions.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may return non-sale products within 30 days of receiving the item.
All Final Sale items (40% discount or more) are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
The consumer bears return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
MarinePro Supply LLC will refund all amounts received, including original shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving proof of return or shipment.
Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Hygiene-sensitive products once opened
- Final Sale items (40% or more discount)
Article 9 – Pricing
Prices are fixed during the offer period unless legally required to change.
All prices are in CAD unless stated otherwise.
Article 10 – Compliance and Warranty
MarinePro Supply LLC ensures products meet reasonable standards of quality and fitness.
Article 11 – Delivery and Execution
Orders are shipped from overseas fulfillment centers.
Estimated delivery: 5–14 business days
Maximum delivery: 30 business days
Delays within this timeframe do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks unless exceeding 30 business days.
Tracking is provided for all orders.
Article 12 – Payment
Payment is required at checkout.
MarinePro Supply LLC reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Article 13 – Customs Duties and Taxes
Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes.
MarinePro Supply LLC does not reimburse customs fees.
Article 14 – Shipping and Returns Location
Orders are shipped from China via third-party logistics providers.
Returns must also be sent to China unless otherwise specified.

Article 16 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of The United Arab Emirates.
Disputes will be handled in UAE courts unless local mandatory law applies.
Article 17 – Amendments to These Terms
MarinePro Supply LLC may update these Terms with 30 days notice for material changes.
Article 18 – Legal Disclaimer
Policies may be updated without notice within legal limits.
Nothing limits statutory consumer rights under applicable Canadian law.
